about the job.

• Design, build, and iterate on high-quality features across the core web applications and Flutter mobile platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested TypeScript and Dart code with a focus on modular design.
• Optimize mobile and web applications for maximum execution speed, performance, and smooth animations (aiming for 60fps UI).
• Design, build, and consume robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to secure seamless data synchronization.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate wireframes into highly responsive products.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipeline automation, developer workflows, and system monitoring.

skills & experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a matching engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional software development across web and mobile platforms.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production-ready cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Strong experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript web environments, specifically React, Vue, Next.js, or Node.js.
• Solid engineering mindset with an understanding of asynchronous programming, caching strategies, and performance optimisation.
• Strong advocate for software quality, including writing unit/integration tests and participating in constructive code reviews.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Cantonese is mandatory.
