AI Solution Architect (Enterprise Application)

A leading FSI is seeking a AI Solution Architect (Enterprise Application) to lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions across business and operational functions.

The AI Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise AI solutions to enhance employee productivity, improve customer experience, automate business processes, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

The role will focus on leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, intelligent automation, knowledge management, and cloud-based AI services to deliver scalable and secure business solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to develop AI-powered capabilities aligned with enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

This position requires a combination of solution architecture expertise, hands-on AI implementation experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead Solution Architect for enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases that improve productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, conversational AI, intelligent automation, enterprise search, and knowledge management technologies.
• Define solution architectures covering user experience, application integration, data architecture, security, governance, and AI orchestration.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI assistants, AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, risk, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements.
• Drive integration between AI solutions and enterprise platforms, including CRM, Contact Center, ERP, Knowledge Management, Digital Channels, and other business systems.
• Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and offshore development teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, including solution design, technical governance, implementation oversight, and production support.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and market trends, recommending opportunities for innovation and business transformation.

Candidate profile

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI, AI Agent, Conversational AI, Intelligent Automation, or AI-powered business solutions.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, AI Orchestration, and AI Governance.
• Experience with one or more leading AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, AWS AI Services, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and modern application architecture.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
