Cloud Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support cloud solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, AliCloud, AWS, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

Manage cloud deployment, migration, and transformation projects according to customer requirements and Scope of Work.

Design, deploy and manage public cloud platforms solution, such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, Network Security Group, VPN Gateway, Storage Account, Database Service, Kubernetes cluster

Setup, configure and support Microsoft 365 Service, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint/Team Service, Microsoft Defender, Fabric and Microsoft Purview

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and pre-sales solution input for cloud and infrastructure projects.

Work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, or IT solution delivery.

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and cloud security solutions.

Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid cloud, or migration projects is an advantage.

Good troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.

Keep proactive leaning new technologies

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. (Mandarin is an advantage)

Relevant AliCloud , Microsoft, AWS certifications are an advantage.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Cloud Engineer position.
