Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Wealth Management platforms for the Swiss and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of front-to-back (F2B) business processes, test automation, and quality assurance practices within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand Wealth Management business processes and user journeys.
• Perform end-to-end testing across Front-to-Back (F2B) workflows including onboarding, portfolio management, trading, settlements, and reporting.
• Validate business requirements using AI-assisted requirement validation techniques and ensure complete functional coverage.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
• Develop automation scripts using Java or Python.
• Execute API testing and validate backend services using REST APIs.
• Perform database validation using SQL to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA/Test Automation experience.
• Experience in Wealth Management platforms supporting Swiss and APAC markets.
• Strong understanding of Front-to-Back (F2B) business processes and user journeys.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Good SQL knowledge for backend/database validation.
• Experience with API Testing (REST/SOAP).
