Job Description

• Engage with Health business stakeholders to understand strategy, needs, and regulatory drivers
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define solution approaches with trade-offs
• Act as the bridge between business vision and technical delivery teams
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems with clear non-functional requirements
• Define APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and target-state architecture
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and resolving architectural challenges
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and insurance/health regulations
• Contribute to architecture governance and decision-making forums
• Evaluate emerging technologies including cloud, automation, and GenAI use cases
• Balance innovation with cost efficiency, security, and operational sustainability

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10 years in IT architecture, with recent lead architect experience
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex enterprise solutions
• Strong expertise in solution architecture across application, data, and infrastructure
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, cloud-native and container platforms
• Good understanding of DevSecOps, observability, and modern engineering practices
• Familiar with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience within insurance, health, or financial services environments preferred
• Knowledge of health data standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR) is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
