About the Role

We are seeking a committed Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to support the promotion of our pharmaceutical portfolio and the end‑to‑end order process within the Hong Kong market. The position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with limited sales experience who wish to develop a long‑term career in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned hospitals, clinics and pharmacies to promote designated products and deliver approved product information.
• Implement daily call plans and territory activities in order to achieve defined sales targets and performance indicators.
• Handle customer enquiries, coordinate orders and follow up on delivery arrangements in collaboration with internal departments.
• Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, product launches and client engagement activities.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and client feedback, to support business planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a related discipline;
• 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles; experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors will be an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with a strong client service orientation.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work towards defined targets.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive product and sales training.
• Clear development pathway to Senior Representative / Supervisory positions subject to performance.
