Store Manager (New Bakery Store Opening in 2026)

• 8 years of operational experience in relevant industry

We are looking for Store Manager to lead the team for our new bakery store to be opened in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the store and monitor performance of the team
• Train staff to perform their duties and provide excellent customer services
• Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, product presentation and customer service
• Develop and execute strategic sales and operational plans to maximize revenue and profitability

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Higher Diploma or above
• 8 years of operational experience in relevant industry (with at least 3 years of supervisory experience)
• Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
