Accountant (Part Time)

The Role

We are currently recruiting a part-time Accounting Assistant within our Finance and Accounting department. This role will be on a contract basis for 3 - 4 days a week to support daily accounting activities with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ensure accurate data entry, vendor communications, and timely processing to maintain smooth financial operations.

What you will do

• Daily accounting duties for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Data entry, invoice processing, and vendor inquiries
• Support month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting
• Maintain organized financial records with attention to confidentiality

What we are looking for

• We welcome fresh graduates and current university student
• Strong Excel/Word skills required
• LCC Higher or equivalent much preferred
• Hands-on SAP experience preferred
