WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Manager, Account Management, Hong Kong, you will play a key role in driving marketplace partner success and business growth across Hong Kong.

You will work closely with marketplace partners and cross-functional teams to align business priorities, elevate marketplace execution and deliver premium consumer experiences.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a consumer-focused and commercially driven account management professional with strong experience working with retail partners and marketplace businesses.

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management capabilities, business acumen and retail operational excellence. They are able to translate strategies into actionable plans, influence a diverse group of stakeholders and drive sustainable growth through strong partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketplace Management, Retail Operations or related commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of retail business, marketplace dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Experience working with wholesale, multi-brand and/or mono-brand retail partners.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting retail operational excellence and partner capability development initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Account Management & Marketplace Growth

• Build and manage strategic relationships with key marketplace partners across Hong Kong.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans that support Nike’s marketplace strategy and growth objectives.
• Align seasonal priorities, commercial opportunities and marketplace initiatives with partner accounts.
• Lead regular business reviews and planning discussions to identify opportunities and address business needs.
• Monitor business performance and marketplace trends to drive sustainable growth and productivity.
• Gather consumer, marketplace and competitive insights to support business planning and decision making.

Retail Operations Excellence

• Partner with marketplace accounts to strengthen retail operations and elevate store execution.
• Drive adoption of Nike retail standards, tools and operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, execution consistency and consumer experiences.
• Support key seasonal launches, consumer moments and marketplace initiatives through strong operational planning and execution.

Service & Capability Development

• Partner with Retail Excellence teams to support service excellence across marketplace partner stores.
• Drive training and capability-building initiatives focused on product knowledge, selling skills and consumer service.
• Enable partners to strengthen frontline team effectiveness and deliver premium consumer experiences.
• Share best practices and support continuous improvement across service delivery and retail execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketplace plans.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to support seasonal priorities and marketplace objectives.
• Support end-to-end execution of marketplace initiatives to deliver business and consumer outcomes.
