Role Review

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail‑oriented Events & Marketing Executive to join our Hong Kong team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in:

• Event planning & execution
• Marketing & content creation
• Member support & community engagement
• Business operations within a global executive network
• You will work closely with our founder and leadership team to deliver world‑class experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilites

Event Management

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business events, CEO roundtables, workshops, and networking meetups.
• Support venue coordination, logistics, registration, and on‑site operations.
• Communicate with speakers, partners, and VIP members.

Marketing & Communications

• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Support branding initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.
• Help maintain and update our website and member portal.
• Member Support & Community Engagement
• Provide responsive and friendly support to members across Asia.
• Assist with onboarding new members and managing the member directory.
• Help strengthen relationships with partners, sponsors, and chapter leaders.

General Operations

• Support administrative tasks and cross‑team projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and event materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus
• Creative mindset with interest in social media and content creation
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
• Outgoing personality with a passion for networking and events
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
