Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer, Marketing – Office

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven marketing professional to support the positioning and leasing success of Hysan’s Grade A office portfolio. This role plays a critical part in shaping the market presence of our office developments, driving tenant engagement, delivering integrated marketing initiatives that enhance asset value and occupancy performance, and driving cross-portfolio synergies.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end marketing strategies and execution to support leasing activities, elevate brand positioning, and strengthen stakeholder engagement across the office portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and execution of office tenants' engagement strategies, including curated networking events, community-building initiatives, and experiential activations, to strengthen tenant relationships and enhance overall workplace experience.
• Develop thematic event series, partnerships, and content-driven experiences (such as wellness, sustainability, business insights, and lifestyle) that encourage regular participation and deepen tenant engagement.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support office leasing, with a focus on positioning, tenant acquisition, and brand differentiation.
• Plan and execute multi-channel programs including digital, content, PR, events, and partnerships to maximize exposure to target segments.
• Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations and digital content aligned with Hysan’s brand standards.
• Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR) and vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Handle office tenants’ enquiries on marketing support in a timely and professional manner, providing advice, tools, and collaborative solutions to help tenants promote their businesses and maximise visibility within the office community.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Contribute to cross-portfolio marketing synergies, including integration with retail and loyalty platforms where relevant.
• Support retail marketing campaigns and engage office community with Lee Gardens’ retail offerings.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
• Assistant Manager: Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or B2B marketing, office leasing, or integrated marketing roles.
• Senior Officer: 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or B2B marketing, office leasing, or integrated marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong office market dynamics and tenant expectations is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
