Personal Assistant/Office Manager, up to 70k

A prestigious and entrepreneurial Single Family Office in Hong Kong is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Principal, spouse, and wider family office team. This is a trusted, fast-paced, and diverse role suited to an experienced professional who has supported senior executives and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international travel arrangements and itineraries
• Coordinate and maintain calendars across multiple time zones
• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive requests with discretion
• Coordinate with property managers and service providers for overseas residences
• Support renovation, refurbishment, and property improvement projects globally
• Assist with office setup, fit-out, and ongoing administration
• Liaise with vendors, insurers, and service providers
• Manage shipping, logistics, maintenance schedules, and regulatory requirements where applicable

Requirements

• 8-15 years' experience in a family office, private banking, investment management, financial services, or related environment
• Experienced in managing office set-up / renovation / relocation projects
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, principals, or ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Fluent English is essential; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous
