The Role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to build scalable, business-led learning experiences for our global workforce. In this remote role, you will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability needs, design practical interventions, and deliver programs for managers, high-potential employees, new leaders, and new joiners.

You will also use AI-enabled tools and our learning experience platform to make learning more relevant, accessible, and measurable. This role is suitable for candidates based in China who are comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones.

What You'll Do

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps, define learning priorities, and recommend interventions linked to business and organizational goals.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives, from needs assessment and program design through content development, facilitation, implementation, and post-program evaluation.
• Design and deliver development programs for managers and high-potential employees, including new leader development, onboarding, and other enterprise learning initiatives.
• Build digital learning journeys on the learning experience platform, using sound instructional design and AI-enabled tools to improve content quality, personalization, and delivery efficiency.
• Establish success measures for each program, track participation, learning application, and business impact, and use insights to continuously improve the learning portfolio.
• Manage multiple learning projects with clear milestones, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and consistent execution across regions.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into practical learning solutions in a multicultural, matrixed environment.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• At least three years of Learning & Development experience in a multinational organization, with direct ownership of learning projects from diagnosis through implementation.
• A proven track record of delivering global or multi-market learning initiatives and managing stakeholders across cultures, functions, or time zones.
• Strong project management and instructional design capabilities, with the ability to turn business needs into practical, measurable learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in learning design, content development, facilitation, or learning operations, together with familiarity with digital learning platforms or LXPs.
• A bachelor’s degree and professional fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Strong-to-haves

• Experience in an HR Generalist or broader HR role.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation or building structured talent and succession pipelines.
• Experience designing development programs for people managers, high-potential employees, or new leaders.
