About the role

Logistics Coordinator coordinates daily logistics operations between vendors, warehouses, 3PL partners, and customers. Manages shipment arrangements, shipping documentation, order processing via ERP, and inventory management. Liaises with customs brokers and freight forwarders for HK import/export compliance.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL partners; track and follow up on deliveries
• Manage global freight quotes, negotiate with carriers, and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions
• Prepare shipping documents — packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork
• Process and invoice customer orders, RMAs, and RTVs via ERP system
• Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders for HK import/export clearance
• Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on open service orders
• Manage inventory via Kanban system and conduct regular cycle counts
• Support cross-functional teams — Operations, Sales, and 3PL — with logistics data and reporting

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, import/export, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations. ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills — able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with HK customs procedures, Incoterms, and trade documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Good written and spoken communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
