Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, the incumbent is responsible for the design and delivery of training programs tailored to various employee levels within the hotel group. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of training initiatives and projects, as well as the management of administrative tasks such as compiling training records, reports and statistics.

He/She is also required to work with Human Resources teams to support people development initiatives to facilitate a cohesive approach to employee growth and skill enhancement.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of training experience in the Hospitality Industry
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Presentable, creative, confident with high learning agility. Works well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• People-oriented and able to build rapport with stakeholders across employee levels
• Detail-minded with strong administrative skills. Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese word processing
• Tech-savvy. Familiar with video production and infographic design software would be a definite advantage
