Receptionist cum Administrative Staff

Our Primary School is looking for dedicated candidate to join our school.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing mails and calls.
• Handle enquires.
• Manage the reception counter.
• Check and update student attendance.
• Record collected cheques and issue receipts
• Other duties as assigned by the School Principal

Qualifications and Requirements

• Higher diploma or above with minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Well-organized, responsible, attention to details, self-motivated and hardworking
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Chinese Input Method)
• Experience in the education sector is highly preferred
• Immediate available
