Warehouse Manager / Assistant Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to modernize our logistics operations and scale our fulfillment capabilities. You will lead our warehouse team to drive operational excellence, improve digital integration, and ensure seamless delivery for our diverse product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Operations Leadership: Direct end-to-end warehouse activities (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Returns).

Process Modernization: Lead workflow optimization, layout design, and system enhancements to drive efficiency.

Digital Fulfillment: Scale our logistics to support omnichannel growth, ensuring high accuracy and rapid turnaround.

Stakeholder & 3PL Management: Act as the primary bridge between our Hong Kong operations, China-based partners, and external 3PL warehouse providers. Ensure seamless supply chain alignment, compliance, and performance standards across all channels.

Team Development: Mentor and manage our warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional development.

Requirements

6+ years of warehouse management experience (Retail, FMCG, or similar sectors).

Proven track record in process improvement and leading teams through operational change.

Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and data-driven performance management.

Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead by example.

Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
