A growing capital management firm is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder's complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder
• Act as a key liaison between the Founder and stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and service providers
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence
• Organize business trips, events, and high-level meetings
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative support experience
• Experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior business leaders preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive, agile, and resourceful with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
