About our client

Our client is a considered one of the leading private equity funds in the Asia Pacific region. Their growth equity investment team in Hong Kong is now seeking someone to join as an Analyst to screen and execute mid market high growth tech deals across the APAC region. What the job involves

• Assist the senior team members on financial and commercial analysis, models, due diligence and all aspects of deal management pre and post-execution
• Full involvement in the entire deal execution process
• Contribute to the monitoring of portfolio companies and involvement in its exits Who we are looking for
• Minimum of one year working experience at a global investment bank and/ or tech investing experience at a private equity fund
• Superb technical capability and modelling skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Passionate about technology investments and strong understanding of tech companies' business models
• Near native-level English with full business fluency in Chinese Mandarin #LI-LC1
