Manager, HNW Brokerage Distribution (Life Insurance)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor sales channels of HNW customers
• Provide daily support (including product and administration training, cases follow up, communication between Company and distributors whenever there are changes in procedures and guidelines) for channels
• Deliver marketing campaign and promotion
• Develop, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to develop new business, build and maintain relationship with sales channels
• Lead and guide new teammate

Key Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing / Commerce, preferably a holder of professional qualification in Life insurance including FLMI or equivalent
• Passed IIQAS exam and SFC exam are definitely an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales marketing and channel management in life insurance industry
• Professional selling and presentation skill
