Our client, a leading global investment firm, is looking for a part-time Receptionist to provide support for their Hong Kong office. This would be a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain professional experience in a global investment firm.

Your new role

• Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Support office operations, including supplies and pantry upkeep
• Assist with internal events and meeting room coordination
• Help with basic facilities tasks and vendor coordination
• Provide backup coverage during staff absences or peak periods

What you'll need to succeed

• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates welcome!
• Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Availability of flexible, part-time hours
