Estate Officer

• Non-contributory ORSO/MPF, free meal & shuttle bus, training sponsorship

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the highest quality residential estate and delivering quality services to our customers.

• Higher Diploma or above in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate or related disciplines
• 2 years’ or above experience in property management
• Strong communications, interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to manage deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer
