Supervisor / Specialist , Tender Management APAC

Based in Hong Kong, this role works closely with regional commercial, pricing, operations, and country teams to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive tender submissions in line with company strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender and RFP/RFQ processes across APAC markets
• Coordinate inputs from pricing, operations, finance, legal, and country teams
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, internal approvals, and pricing governance
• Prepare high-quality, accurate, and commercially competitive tender submissions
• Maintain tender records, timelines, and support post-tender reviews and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in tender management, pricing, or commercial support in freight forwarding industry
• Strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
