Key Responsibilities

• (工作職責): ● Facilitate premium residential and luxury property transactions (Sales and Leasing) within the Wan Chai, Mid-Levels, and Tai Hang sub-markets. ● Provide high-level advisory services on rental yield metrics, urban planning trends, and localized market shifts to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate stakeholders. ● Collaborate with our in-house mortgage brokerage division to align real estate acquisition options with optimal leveraging and wealth management solutions. ● Maintain the highest standards of professional service, operational efficiency, and transaction security.

Requirements

• (職位要求): ● Holder of a valid Estate Agent Licence (EAA Individual Licence / Salesperson Licence). ● An entrepreneurial, action-oriented professional with a strong track record of ethical client engagement. ● Excellent negotiation and communication skills; fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly advantageous. ● Deep passion for real estate asset management; experience in core island districts is a plus, but ambitious individuals wanting to scale up under elite mentorship will be fully supported.
