Customer Services Representative (Appointment Booking Team/ Call Centre)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for appointment booking and general enquiries;
• Maintain good customer relationship;
• 5.5 days work per week
• Morning shift from Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 6:30pm, Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Rest day on Sunday & Public Holiday

Job Requirements

• HKDSE/ HKCEE or above;
• With good customer services skill;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
