JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in concept development and production of various printed and digital campaigns
• In charge of key visuals for hotel’s well-loved events and cultural programming, including parties, pop-ups, art exhibitions and festival program booklets
• Assist in styling and set up for F&B studio photoshoots
• Assist in production of interior décor for seasonal and F&B events
• Liaise and manage suppliers on production quality, costs-effectiveness and deadlines; coordinate with internal parties to ensure excellent execution
• Demonstrate excellence in creativity and brand understanding
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Advertising Design or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant experience in working in-house, design house or in advertising agency
• Capabilities and experience in branding and logos, marketing collateral and packaging design
• Knowledge in digital, interactive design, photography and lighting skills for shooting knowledge is an advantage
• Solid understanding of output process and proficient in Mac platform and excellent skills in using major design software
• Independent, well organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadline
• Creative understanding of underground subcultures, and experience designing art exhibition, club or party promotional materials is an advantage
• Knowledge of event decoration production an advantage
