Interior Designer - Office projects design

we are seeking an experienced Interior Designer specialising in office interior design projects to join our dynamic Design team. This is a full-time position based in Wan Chai , where you will play a key role in conceptualising, developing, and delivering exceptional office interior design solutions for our diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Conceptualise and develop innovative interior design schemes for office spaces, including layout planning, spatial planning, and aesthetic design solutions

Create detailed design drawings, AutoCAD and 3D visualisations, and presentation materials to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders

Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand client requirements, spatial constraints, and project objectives

Prepare material and colour palettes, specifications, and sourcing recommendations for furniture, fixtures, fittings, and finishes

Manage design projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and problem-solving

Conduct client consultations to understand their vision, requirements, and business objectives for office environments

Prepare project documentation including specifications, cost estimates, and technical drawings

What we're looking for

Diploma qualification or above in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline

Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with substantial portfolio demonstrating office design projects, office interior design experience is a MUST.

Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualisation tools

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to commercial office spaces in Hong Kong

Excellent spatial planning and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and aesthetic sensibility

Familiarity with sustainable design practices and environmentally conscious material selection
