Your new role

• Provide full administrative support to the team
• Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients professionally
• Arrange business travel and logistics
• Process expenses and invoices accurately and on time
• Support visiting colleagues from other offices when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
