Paralegal - Litigation - Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical support to Insurance Team (Insurance Regulatory & General Litigation)
• Work across a broad range of insurance related matters, including but not limited to: Insurance regulatory; Insurance related transactions and commercial work; Financial lines insurance: professional indemnity, D&O; Solicitors’ negligence
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required

The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and additional reasonable duties consistent with the role may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Experience

• University degree with exposure to legal studies
• Litigation paralegal experience in a sizable law firm is preferable
• Knowledge in insurance, particularly experience with general litigation and insurance regulatory, is advantageous
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good computer skills
