About our Client

We are representing a banking client, they are looking for a Receptionist to join the team and provide customer service to internal and external clients.

About the Role

• Coordinate and manage meeting room reservations, scheduling, and arrangements for both internal stakeholders and external visitors.
• Greet and assist VIPs and visitors, providing a professional welcome and escorting or directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms or bank representatives.
• Deliver hospitality services, including taking refreshment orders, preparing beverages and light snacks, and liaising with catering or bar services for food and beverage arrangements.
• Provide operational support for branch events and activities, including guest reception, serving welcome refreshments, and managing visitor flow.
• Monitor front-of-house facilities and amenities, such as coffee machines, water dispensers, carpets, and indoor plants, ensuring maintenance, cleanliness, and timely replenishment.
• Respond to visitor enquiries in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel as required.
• Carry out additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by the on-site supervisor to support smooth branch operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in receptionist or customer service
• Presentable, with positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Business proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
