Head of Project Management (Real Estate)

Our client, a leading HK property developer with large portfolio in commercial, residential and hotels in prime locations in HK and major cities on the Mainland, is looking for Head of Project Management. The position reports to CEO.

Responsibilities

• Supervise schematic and detail designs, tender documentations, construction progress and quality of works on sites.
• Manage and monitor consultants’ and contractors’ input and performance.
• Manage and monitor technical, safety, environmental and contractual aspects of projects under construction.
• Coordinate with internal parties on planning issues and feasibility studies.
• Prepare tender documents.
• Manage defects rectifications and improvement works of completed projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Studies, Building Surveying or related disciplines from recognized institutions.
• Preferably with 15 years’ managerial experience in planning, design, and project management.
• Basic knowledge of related ordinances, statutory procedures and professional practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
