Job Description

As a Paralegal, your main responsibilities will include

• Preparing and managing legal documents, including drafting correspondence and pleadings.
• Conducting legal research to support ongoing litigation cases.
• Assisting attorneys in case preparation, including organizing case files and evidence.
• Coordinating with external parties such as courts, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
• Supporting the team in the preparation of trial bundles and hearing materials.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of required documents.
• Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Paralegal with around 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience gained from working in a law firm. Candidates with a law degree or studying towards this, will be preferred. This role requires strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Since this position will support on a diverse range of cases, we are looking for someone who has a flexible mind-set, is good at multi-tasking and is open to taking on different work including both legal and administrative matters.
