CIAK - in the kitchen by Three-Michelin-Starred Chef Umberto Bombana opened at the Landmark Atrium Hong Kong in the winter 2013. It provides different high-quality food products to customers, from the baked bread to pizza, chocolate to pastry, freshly made pasta to premium meat, you can choose your flavours to enjoy the cozy atmosphere in the shop or take away.

To serve with the wide range of fine foods, CIAK equipped different kinds of Williams Refrigeration professional products including Back-of-house (Opal series, Aztra series and custom-made wall-mounted type) and Front-of-house products (Ice-cream displays, Jewellery-box type displays and beverage displays). With those products, CIAK can display the fresh and delicious food in an attractive way and customers can select their flavours instantly, at the same time, the fine food or food materials can be in an appropriate storage condition to ensure the food safety.
