Paralegal (Corporate and Securities) - Full-Time

We are inviting applications for the following position

Paralegals (Corporate and Securities) - Full-Time

• We are seeking full-time Paralegals preferably with experience in capital markets matters, including IPOs, M&As, listing compliance, Listing Rules and Takeovers Code transactions as well as other commercial matters. Candidates not fully meeting the above requirements may be considered in exceptional circumstances. We will involve successful candidates in a variety of work.
• Background in finance and accounting is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, diligent, able to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as the ability to speak Putonghua are essential.
• Candidates must have completed their studies and university program to be considered.
