We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax.

Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for operation and maintenance of the E&M systems of existing commercial properties
• Assist in the implementation of environmental and energy saving projects
• Supervise contractors and in-house technicians to carry out routine repairs and maintenance works
• Monitor alteration and improvement works of E&M systems
• Handle enquiries on all E & M-related issues and prepare technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in commercial building operation and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
