Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and administration.

• Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance to maintain high operational standards.
• Respond to guest feedback and assist in managing the restaurant’s online reputation.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in fine dining.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; familiar with Chinese cuisine and local ingredients.
