About Our Client

Our client, an established international luxury brand, is seeking customer service professionals to support daily operations in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Provide an excellent and consistent level of beverage (cocktail, wine, coffee,tea etc) service to guests

Maintaining detailed knowledge of our drinks menu and product concept, to provide expert recommendations to guests

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment behind the bar, including proper stock rotation and adherence to health and safety regulations, and cooperate smoothly with team members.

Assist with daily management and routine operations of the bar area.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Align with the company's brand culture and corporate values, grow together with the team.

Excellent customer service abilities with the capacity to remain calm, courteous and professional

Candidates with working experience in hotel or F&B sector are preferred.

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
