Job Description

Assist the Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations (opening/closing, inventory, staffing, service flow)

Assist in developing and updating the cocktail menu and wine list

Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service standards

Assist in managing bar costs, inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction

Collaborate with the Bar Manager on promotions, events, and guest engagement

Handle guest inquiries & complaints professionally

Job Requirement

Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management, preferably with professional hotel or food and beverage training

Minimum of 4 years food and beverage bar experience with at least 3 years in bartender role

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and aperitivo culture

Strong communications, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skill

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
