The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is being appointed as the sole-catering partner of the UBS Tower to bring our legendary service to their new quarters at IGC. We have now officially commenced recruitment in preparation for the opening in October 2026 and currently hiring a Bartender - Barista Bar (UBS Tower).

Job Summary

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision, ensuring consistent flavor, presentation, and quality
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Manage stock and inventory.
• Maintain smooth and efficient operation.
• Maintain the coffee counter and restaurant tidy and clean, ensuring the environment of the shop operation is smooth and safe.

Job Requirements

• Relevant certifications in hospitality, bartending, or mixology are preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar bartender role, preferably in a high-end or luxury establishment
• Experience in coffee preparation and coffee art is highly recommended
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both guests and colleagues
• Team-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages will be a plus
