Assistant Mechanical Engineer

What You Will be Doing

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Install, assemble, and test mechanical components
• Perform advanced maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members on project tasks.
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues and provide expert solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.

Who is our Right Fit

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex mechanical/industrial systems.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical failure modes, implementing root-cause solutions, and optimizing system performance.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, technical specifications, and pneumatic schematics.
• Holding a valid Registered Electrical Worker license is a strong asset.
• Core Competencies: Strong eagerness to learn, proactive problem-solving attitude, effective communication skills.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passionate attitude and relevant internship experience are highly welcome and will be considered.
