Project Engineer – New Installation

What will you be doing?

• To act as Project Engineer and coordinate with client, main contractor, architect, consultant, quantity surveyor for contract requirements, drawing/material approval, installation progress and payment;
• To attend meetings and inspections for the projects;
• To coordinate with other departments for submission of drawing/material, arrangement of subcontractor, material supplier & service provider;
• To prepare and review project correspondences, e-mails and submissions;
• To monitor and control process of project expenditure, payment application, account receivables, payment certificate, quotation, variation order & final account;
• To ensure the quality of installation before handing over to the Client and Maintenance Department;
• To coordinate with Safety Department for site safety implementation and monitor the project safety performance;
• To handle engineering troubles at site and report the troubles;
• Additional duties as assigned by superior.

Who are we looking for

• Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering Discipline;
• 2 years or above in lift industry. Candidates with more experience or RE qualification will be considered as Senior Engineer;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
