This is a results-driven leadership role with full accountability for revenue, market penetration, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will be a strong commercial driver with the ambition and capability to elevate the business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of revenue growth and commercial performance
• Develop and execute aggressive sales and marketing strategies
• Drive institutional sales to TCM doctors across hospitals and clinics
• Expand market share and strengthen competitive positioning
• Lead front-line sales execution and ensure consistent target achievement
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
• Build, energize, and manage a high-performing commercial team
• Establish clear KPIs and enforce performance accountability

Requirements

• 10+ years of solid experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or TCM industries
• Proven track record of delivering strong revenue growth
• Hands-on leadership style with strong execution capability
• Experience managing sizeable sales teams
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Energetic, resilient, and performance-oriented
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
