Sales Manager Enterprise Solutions (HK$ 500K - 700K OTE)

About the Role

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with a track record of closing deals and a passion for cutting-edge technology? We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our client's fast-growing sales team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex enterprise technology and real-world business solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify, pursue, and close high-value enterprise accounts across regional markets.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Revenue: Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and discovery to solution pitch, negotiation, and closing enterprise-level contracts.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Connect with C-suite executives, IT directors, and key decision-makers to understand their strategic priorities and digital transformation goals.
• Deliver Value-Driven Pitches: Tailor and present bespoke technology solution proposals, demonstrating clear ROI and business value to prospective clients.
• Cross-Border Engagement: Leverage your trilingual fluency to build trust and seamlessly navigate business discussions with clients in Hong Kong.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, build a robust deal pipeline, and collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales Experience: 3–5 years of successful B2B tech/software/cloud/solutions sales experience, with exposure to enterprise clients.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken) is mandatory to engage effectively with our diverse client base across the region.
• Consultative Selling: Proven ability to understand complex business problems and articulate technical solutions in a business-friendly manner.
• Track Record: A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Mindset: High energy, adaptable, commercially savvy, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
