Work you'll do

• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
• Diagnose complex cross-functional alignment issues, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
• Gather and interpret financial information to validate proposed recommendations and business cases and strengthen integration recommendations
• Articulate strategic ideas, and data-backed business cases and recommendations clearly and with composure to instill confidence in team and clients
• Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
• Recognize technology as a business enabler
• Develop and share reusable toolkits and standardized assets that can be readily applied to future engagements

We are looking for someone with

• At least 3-4 years of strategy consulting experience. With a demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Deep industry knowledge with a solid understanding of how technology acts as enablers
• Proven capabilities for team development and coaching
• Proven core consulting skills including slide design, document story lining, analytics and modelling
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Strong networking ability, client and team management skills
