Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated Firmware Engineer to join our R&D team developing cutting-edge medical devices. This role focuses on designing and developing firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers with BLE capabilities, ensuring low power consumption and high performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, basic electronics knowledge, and experience using testing equipment.

• Develop, implement, and optimize firmware for ARM-based MCU in medical devices.
• Design and integrate BLE communication protocols into embedded systems.
• Apply low-power management techniques to the system.
• Collaborate with other engineers to interface firmware with electronic components and peripherals.
• Debug, test, and validate firmware using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Document firmware design, development processes, and testing results for traceability and quality assurance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer-Science/Computer-Engineering/Electronic-Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ARM microcontrollers and BLE communication protocols.
• Strong understanding of low-power design principles for embedded systems.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, including schematics and circuit design.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
• A team player with great inter-personal skills and strong sense of ownership
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior engineer
