Draftsman (Residential & Renovation)

Are you passionate about turning design ideas into reality? We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Draftsman to join our creative interior design team. In this role, you will help transform residential concepts into accurate construction drawings and stunning 3D visuals that bring projects to life.

What You’ll Do

Produce full sets of residential construction drawings, including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.

Prepare furniture and joinery drawings that align with residential design concepts.

Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for interior projects.

Conduct site measurements and surveys to capture accurate dimensions and existing conditions.

Assist in preparing material schedules, drawing archives, and design documentation.

Work closely with designers and engineers to refine drawing details and ensure project accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or above in Interior Design or a related discipline.

At least 1-2 years of experience in interior design and renovation, drawings production.

Must proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp 3D models and rendering software etc.

Strong understanding of technical drawings, interior materials, and basic construction methods.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.

A strong communicator with a positive and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience in commercial or restaurant project drawings is an advantage.
