Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve environmental performance of the Project;
• Responsible for routine site inspections and internal and external audits;
• Conduct training, promotion and complaint handling;
• Provide technical supports to ensure the Project complied with legal and contractual requirements;
• Coordinate with site staff, subcontractors and client's representative for day-to-day activities;
• Monitoring and improve the site environmental performance.
• Prepare meetings, materials and presentations for green building certifications, e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, etc.
• Carry out any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent;
• Knowledge of ISO 14000 Environmental Management System is an advantage
• At least 4 years' relevant experience in environmental management, monitoring and audit for construction projects is essential;
• Full understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework;
• Complete Environmental Officer course (CIC/ IVE) .
• Professional qualification in environmental related disciplines like HKIQEP, BEAM Pro, LEED AP and/or WELL AP is a must;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred.
• *Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Environmental Engineer.
