Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.5–10 years of relevant experience in equity research, asset management, hedge funds, family offices, institutional investing, or multi-family office platforms.
Demonstrated track record of conducting independent research and generating investment ideas.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong/U.S. equity markets, with a good understanding of global macroeconomic and capital market developments.
Deep understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
Solid understanding of portfolio construction, risk management, and capital allocation principles.
Ability to evaluate investments from both fundamental and risk-adjusted return perspectives.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
