Your Role

• Coordinate the execution and launch of public courses (https://treehole.hk/events/), including managing all event operations
• Lead and manage events and campaigns from end to end — including our signature European Trip (campaign planning, project management, and event execution) — covering concept development, logistics, promotion, and on-site delivery
• Execute end-to-end logistics for public courses and events: venue coordination, participant onboarding, and on-site technical support
• Assess course quality through participant engagement, feedback collection, and reporting insights for continuous improvement
• Create promotional materials, including copywriting and visual design while managing the video production process for course promotion
• Foster connections with participants through active communication, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive course experience
• Support marketing executives in organising various projects and events
• Support and execute the marketing plan across various digital channels including website, Facebook ads, emails and social media, with the goal of achieving monthly and annual targets when needed
• Contribute to ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
• Work during weekday evenings + weekends are required (Compensation leave provided).

Your Qualities

• Passion for psychology is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in ****marketing, event management, or any related field ****is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome
• Excellent project planning and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, reflective, and eager to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative, motivated, able to work independently at a fast pace while also being a good team player
• Excellent command of written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Adobe illustrator, Canva and Adobe software is preferred
• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent) for content creation and workflow efficiency is preferred
