Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process for Leadership and Director-level positions, including talent identification, sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment, shortlisting, offer management, and successful onboarding.
• Partner with senior business leaders as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and guidance on best practices in executive hiring while driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Collaborate with research and talent intelligence teams to identify, assess, and engage high-caliber internal and external talent for strategic leadership roles.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external talent landscapes to support hiring decisions, succession planning, and long-term workforce strategies.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain robust leadership talent pipelines through proactive networking, market mapping, and relationship management.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics for Leadership and Director-level hiring, providing regular updates and actionable insights to the Global Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition Lead and other key stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, client expectations, and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective communication with regional stakeholders and candidates.
• Prior experience in technology recruitment within the banking or financial services industry is mandatory.
